Freddy
is the dog that dreams are made of and epitomises the Dual Purpose GWP -
Field Trial winner, Gundog Group winner, Crufts breed winner
Freddy creates
breed history as the only DD to win an award in an Open Field Trial. He
won the trial with 2nd place and also becomes the highest award a GWP
"champion" has won in an Open stake. This was Freddy's first
attempt at an Open stake.
Record making Freddy was the TOP GWP for 2006 and for 2007. He has won
36 CC's, 11 Group 1's, other Group placings. BIS at Gundog Society of
Wales and RBIS at Blackpool, Southern Counties and Windsor.
He is without
doubt the highest winning import in both the show ring and the
field.
Freddy once more creates Breed History by winning the DCC/BOB at Crufts
2007 and then goes on to win the first ever group placing at Crufts when
winning Group 2.
Freddy also won BOB and Group 2 at the Winners Show in Amsterdam -
becoming the first English owned GWP to win BOB and a Group placement in
Holland.
Freddy gained his full title in style by winning a FIRST in the GSPA
Novice F/T at Harwood at just 2 years of age. Freddy is the first and
only German Import to become a Full Champion and the first and only
import to win a Field Trial and the first and only import to win a
Gundog Group. He gained his Show title when only 18 months old in less
than 4 months of being shown. He has working test awards in all classes
from puppy to open and won his first ever novice working test.
At his first attempt in All Aged he gained the only award of the day
when achieving a COM at the GSPC AA at Lauder in November. The following
weekend he won BOB at GBAS in Edinburgh - a true dual purpose GWP.
He is DNA clear of vWD and HD clear and is passing on his superb quality
and temperaments to his puppies. His latest group of puppies made their
debut in September and have won BP in breed at every show since their
debut.
